 Advance settlement agreement development is available for any industry subject to contingent liability claims. Capitalized rather than expensed claim payment treatments are implemented whenever possible.

The Nimrod Group has been actively involved with the Independent Foreclosure Review, the National Mortgage Settlement, and the Deepwater Horizon/ BP settlement. Our current focus centers on compensation to individuals for commercial usage of demographic data.

The Nimrod Group will also continue its commitment to the development and promotion of B corporations, and to the breakup of those banks and corporations which have become too large  to provide a viable contribution to the economy.
